What we specialize in
The insurance company has an adjuster. Now you have us.
Our job is to make sure you are treated fairly: that every bit of storm damage is found, documented and shown to the adjuster.
Storm damage is easy to underestimate from the ground, so we photograph and measure what hail and wind actually did before the adjuster arrives.
We are always available to meet the adjuster, and we go up on the roof with them. Most local adjusters know us and know the work we do. We work well together to help homeowners, which makes the process easier and less stressful for you. If the estimate leaves out work the roof needs, we write the supplement. The claim stays yours, and your insurer decides what is covered.
The roof itself is built by our own local crew. TAMKO Pro Diamond Contractor — up to 25-year manufacturer-backed workmanship on qualifying TAMKO systems. Emergency leak? Emergency roof repair runs alongside the claim.
How the claim works
Four steps. We carry all of them.
Call us first
Before the insurance call, get a free storm inspection. We document the damage properly — photos, measurements, and an honest read on whether a claim is even worth filing.
We document it
If the damage warrants a claim, you file it — with our photos, measurements, and a written inspection report in hand. When the adjuster comes out, we're on the roof with them so nothing gets missed.
We write the supplement
If the adjuster's scope misses something, we write a supplement with the photos and measurements to match, for you and the carrier to review. The claim stays yours — we make sure the paperwork reflects the roof, in plain English the whole way.
We build the roof
Our own local crew does the work — most full replacements in a single day — installed to the standard TAMKO's top contractor tier certifies us for.
